‘My Lovely Girl’ Press Con

SBS’s new Weds – Thurs drama “My Lovely Girl” starring Rain and Krystal held their official press conference today at SBS’s new building in Mok-Dong, with all major cast members in attendance from leads Rain and F(x)’s Krystal to supporting cast members Infinite’s L, Kim Jin Woo, BESTie’s Na Hae Ryung (who is also a supporting cast member of L’s fellow Infinite members Sung Yeol and Woo Hyun drama High School:Love On‘ which airs on KBS2 on Fridays) and Cha Ye Ryun.

My Lovely Girl premiers a week after its fellow competitors, however with its majority idol cast and that fact that this is Rain’s comeback drama after completing his military service, I’m sure the ratings will pick up. Fashion wise for the press con, while the three girls rocked pretty nice looks of different dresses and heels, the guys choice of clothing is more questionable especially the funky grandpa pants that Rain was wearing.

While the drama does look pretty sweet and fluffy, it will also deal with the emotional baggage of both Hyun Wook (Rain) and Se Na (Krystal) who both lost the same person and how through their connection with music and the loss of someone they both knew, they slowly help each other mend.

My Lovely Girl airs on Weds – Thurs on SBS at 21:55pm

Press Con Stills

Rain stars as Lee Hyun Wook, a musical composer and CEO of the top entertainment agency who loses his girlfriend in a car accident.

Krystal plays Yoon Se Na, an aspiring musician who moves to Seoul after losing her sister in a car accident.

L stars as Shi Woo, an idol who takes an interest in Se Na.

Hae Ryung plays Ra Eum, a stylist who tries to gain Hyun Wook’s attentions.
